Where is In-Store Pickup offered?

In-Store Pickup is available at our 1726 Churn Creek Road location.

What days do you offer In-Store Pickup?

In-Store Pickup is available during regular business hours, every day except New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Regular business hours are Monday thru Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Holiday hours may vary and, on occcasion, (e.g., Kool April Nites, Day after Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve, etc.), store hours may vary from regular business hours or regular business hours may change. Winter Hours are January 1 thru March 31 with the store closing at 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday, Sunday hours 10:00 a.m. thru 5:00 p.m. Please feel free to call ahead of time. 

What is the cutoff time for In-Store Pickup?

Orders received and processed at least two hours before closing are eligible for same day In-Store Pickup.

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

In-Store Pickup orders placed during our final two hours of business will be available two hours after we open the following business day. In-Store Pickup orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be available two hours after we open the following business day.

How long does it take to process my order?

In-Store Pickup orders are usually processed within two hours of receipt. We check for orders regularly throughout the day. Customers will be contacted via email when the order is ready (or contacted via telephone for further instructions if an ordered product is out of stock, on order/backorder, etc.). To ensure your order is ready, you should wait for email confirmation before picking up orders. Once notified, customers may pick up orders any time before our store closes for the day.

How much does In-Store Pickup cost?

Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items in advance, with no additional fees applied.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No.

How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed on our website, treatsnaturalpetmarketplace.com. Please select In Store Pickup during checkout.

Do my online orders qualify for your Frequent Buyer programs?

Yes. All Astro eligible products purchased through our website earn loyalty points.

Do You Offer Local Delivery Service?

Unfortunately, due to rising costs and lack of demand, this service is no longer sustainable and we no longer provide local deliveries.
