RETURNS, GIFT CARDS, AND LOYALTY PROGRAM
Returns are processed in accordance with the terms of the manufacturers or product distributors. Unless otherwise provided in their respective policies, returned items must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns will be processed at the original purchase price. Food items must be in the original bag/packaging and substantially unused. Due to potential health concerns, it must be clear that frozen items have always remained frozen, and the return of frozen items is solely within the discretion of the retailer. Toys, collars, leashes, harnesses, beds, and other hard goods are not indestructible, and are not accepted for return if removed from the packaging, damaged, chewed or destroyed. If a credit card was used for the purchase (including online purchases), returns may be applied to the credit card used or applied as store credit for future purchases; a store credit may not later be applied to a credit card. Cash refunds are not available for store credit or credit card purchases.
Gift certificate returns (see above return policies for time and condition) may be applied to another item of equal or lesser value or applied as store credit at the current retail price for the returned item. A gift card balance may not be exchanged for cash. Gift cards have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Astro Loyalty Program rewards policies, terms, and conditions are those of the manufacturers and Astro, not the retailer. Rewards items are subject to State sales tax and are generally the least expensive item purchased on the rewards card or sale program. Reward items can be returned for exchange; not refunded for value or store credit. Rewards cards must be completed within the time frame specified by the manufacturer for that category, which is normally 12-months from the first purchase on that card, or the card and its contents will expire.
